A Texan since 1993, I'm married with 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren. With over 25 years of Church leadership experience and launching a 23-year highly successful multi-location childcare facility with over 60 staff and 350 children, I've become adept at the daily operations, budget and staff management, and strategic planning business owners are accustomed to and spend many hours trying to corral. I feel your pain, and have a passion to help others own their time and live fruitful lives focusing on what's truly important.

What is, "true north?" Compasses used by navigators and surveyors point toward the magnetic north pole, which is not the same as true north, and is constantly changing. True north is a fixed and constant spot on the globe that doesn't change, and is typically hundreds of miles from magnetic north.
